Welcome to BESTCHEMIST. By accessing or using our platform for sick leave or carer’s leave certificates, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
BESTCHEMIST facilitates the issuance of Australian sick leave and carer’s leave certificates. This includes receiving your requests, verifying your identity and details (including by phone if necessary), and coordinating with qualified health practitioners to issue certificates where appropriate. We do not provide medical consultations, diagnoses, or prescribe medications.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
- Provide valid identity documentation if requested.
- Respond promptly to BESTCHEMIST’s communications for verification or clarification.
- Use the service lawfully and not engage in fraudulent activity.
Failure to comply may result in refusal, cancellation, or legal action.
4. Certificate Issuance
- Certificates are issued only after satisfactory verification of information.
- The health practitioner Ο has sole discretion to approve or deny issuance.
- Certificates are digital, sent via email or platform download.
- We do not guarantee employer or third-party acceptance of certificates.
5. Fees and Payment
- Fees are displayed upfront before submission.
- Full payment is required before processing.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policу below.
6. Certificate Cancellation Policy
BESTCHEMIST reserves the right to cancel any issued certificate if:
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information is provided.
- Fraudulent or improper use of the service is detected.
- Subsequent verification suggests in-person evaluation is necessary.
- Multiple suspicious or conflicting applications are detected.
Cancelled certificates will be marked as invalid in verification systems (e.g., QR codes). Refunds for cancelled certificates are at BESTCHEMIST’s discretion and may be refused if cancellation is due to policy breaches.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important. We collect and use your personal information only as outlined in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. Data is stored securely, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access.
8. Limitation of Liability
- BESTCHEMIST and its practitioners exclude liability for any damages or losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
- We do not guarantee acceptance of certificates by employers or third parties.
- To the extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on BESTCHEMIST’s platform is owned or licensed by us and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use indicates acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Australian law, and disputes fall under Canberra jurisdiction.

Refund Policy
1. Overview
This policy outlines when refunds are available for our certificate services.
2. Payment and Eligibility
- Payment is required before processing.
- Refunds are granted only if:
- We cannot issue your certificate due to our error or service failure.
- You cancel before processing or issuance begins.
- Refunds are not given if:
- You have received the certificate.
- The certificate is rejected by your employer or a third party.
- Incorrect or incomplete information is provided by you.
- You change your mind or no longer need the certificate.
- You disagree with the certificate date (no backdating/future dating).
3. Requesting a Refund
Send your refund request to info@bestchemist.com.au with your details and reason.
4. Processing Time
We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
5. Discretion
Refunds may be declined if criteria are not met or if abuse/fraud is suspected.
User Responsibilities and Fraud Prevention
- You must not use the service fraudulently or submit false information.
- BESTCHEMIST may verify information and contact you to confirm details.
- We monitor for abuse and misuse and may report fraudulent activity to authorities.
- Certificates found to be issued based on false information may be cancelled.
